can you please remove the ad banners too, we already pay for a premium service so there's no need to be paid twice for the same thing

There was never any type of cross-buy deal for GTA V (this is up to publishers to offer), so I don't think your account ever owned the game, hence why this occurs. What sounds plausible is that another account had your console set as its Home Xbox, and *this
account* owned GTA V but that account has since changed its Home Xbox designation, which renders GTA V unplayable on your console unplayable unless you purchase it (or an account that owns the game is signed in when you play).
