    Problem to open a game

    I have a problem with Fifa 17. I bought a Xbox one s with Fifa 17 (two in one). I enter the code from Fifa 17, and the game worked, but after few days the game stopped working. So I enter a code again, and still doesn't work.It's says that i can't open the
    game, and I have to go to the store. The store says that I already got the game, but when I try to open the game it's turning off the game.

    If you purchased FIFA 17 through the Microsoft Store, they would have e-mailed you a code. That code is for use at the Microsoft Store, not the Xbox Store.

    Where did you purchase your Xbox One console bundle? Per the EA Support page on

    what is included in your FIFA 17 edition    , the code should have been provided by the retailer. If you did not get the code, you'll want to go back and speak with them as we are unable to provide replacement codes.

    Hello, I have the same issues as ZxXxJonesxXxZ.

    I redeemed the code (part of a fifa 17 / Xbox one S bundle), game does not show up. It is also not in my purchasing history, but I cannot redeem it again.

    I downloaded the demo version first, then after I redeemed the code, I also redeemed my EA Access code to play the Early Access (trial) version of Fifa 17.

    But the game I bought is nowhere to find...
