    Bonsoir.

    Je ne peux pas precommander call of duty modern warfare edition digitale standart, ni sur le microsoft store de la console xbox, ni sur le site internet microsoft store, chaque fois un de ces 2 messages d'erreur : "nous ne pouvons pas traiter votre paiement"
    et "impossible d'obtenir l'autorisation pour cet achat".

    J'ai essayé par 3 moyens différents : solde microsoft + complément en CB visa,

    CB visa,

    et paypal.

    J'ai pensé acheter des cartes cadeau pour payer completement par ce biais mais rien ne me prouve que cela ne marchera.

    Cela est un peu embetant pour moi de devoir encore "repousser" l'achat du fait que je n'ai pas un excellent débit internet pour pouvoir le prétélécharger temps pour sa sortie.

    Si vous pouviez avoir une astuce ce serait super! Je ne sais pas si les services fonctionnent correctement je n'ai pas accès au support xbox.

    I can not pre-order, nor on the microsoft store of the xbox console, nor on the microsoft store website, each time one of these 2 error messages: "we can not handle
    your payment "and" unable to obtain authorization for this purchase ".

    I tried by 3 different ways: balance microsoft + supplement in CB visa,

    CB visa,

    and paypal.

    I thought of buying gift cards to pay completely through this but nothing proves to me that it will not work.

    This is a bit annoying for me to have to "push back" the purchase because I do not have an excellent internet speed to be able to pre-download it in time for its release.

    If you could have a tip it would be great!
    I do not know if the services are working properly I do not have access to xbox support.

    Sorry but i tried it on my computer, smartphone (wifi and 4g) and it still doesnt work...

    Thank you for replying back. In regards to this issue, you may want to try a different device or a different browser to try and
    Contact Xbox Support. You may also want to try and clear the cookies and cache from your browser to ensure that you are able to access the callback function.

    You may also want to try a different network as the network may be preventing you from connecting to the support website.
