Pessoal,boa tarde,vocês estao tendo problemas ao acessar o Xbox Live Gold e o Store?Eu tento clicar e ele só abre uma tela preta vazia.Achei que fosse problema na minha internet,até reniciei minha internet e meu console,mas,estava tendo o mesmo problema.Isto
é um problema geral?

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with accessing certain pages on your console.

If you are unable to access the Xbox Live Gold page via your console, you should be able to view this via the

Xbox website. This would also allow you to purchase any games or add-ons, which in turn could be downloaded to your console.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to sync your controller to your console.

As stated by Xbox Forums Ambassador Renato Brunetti, the only other way to

connect your controller to your console, would have to be using a USB cable.

If this does not work, then I would have to recommend that you
create a service order for your device in order to get it repaired.

Keep in mind that the original Xbox One console is no longer manufactured by Microsoft, nor is the console PSU. As a result, out-of-warranty support is no longer available for this particular product.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issues with the console. We recommend to get the console repaired as it sounds like something inside could of malfunctioned. You can check on

device support for warranty and set up a repair. We also recommend to not use it as if something was burning it could cause more damage to the console or other things.
