Discus and support Pre-Purchased Gears of War 4, but have not received code for previous Gears games. in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I bought the game and read that it comes with the other gears game, but still never got the code.     Pre-Purchased Gears of War 4, but have not received code for previous Gears games.


    I bought the game and read that it comes with the other gears game, but still never got the code. Checked my inbox on the Xbox app and e-mail, nowhere. Just wondering if they are still sending out codes or I just didn't get one yet.

    Hi, I recently purchased gears of war 4 within the time limit to receive the previous gears of war games as a promotional offer. I have been able to install gears of war 4 but have not yet received any of the codes for the other games. Many thanks

    Hi Jacky. I believe that the deal containing all of the previous GoW games was only a
    pre-order bonus. The game launched on October 11th, so if you purchased on the 17th you may not have been eligible.

    This is what I found on Xbox Wire:

    Finally, all pre-order customers will receive the entire Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One. This includes all four previous games – Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment –
    and is available only as a limited time offer.

    If you purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox One or Windows 10 between April 25, 2016, and December 31, 2016, or if you redeem a code for the game as part of a console bundle before December 31, 2016, you'll receive the following Xbox 360 backward-compatible
    games:

    • Gears of War
    • Gears of War 2
    • Gears of War 3
    • Gears of War: Judgment

    These codes are only playable on Xbox 360 or Xbox One.
