    I pre purchased Injustice 2 video game from Xbox store, but I did not receive the promised DLC for Darkseid with the game. How do I get it? I purchased the game from Xbox store on 1/15/17

    Haven't received codes for battleborn season pass content

    I am missing the dlc campaign missions that are supposed to come with the season pass. I was told before I'm apparently supposed to get download codes for them in my messages but they never came. Also you miss understood me a little there. The later purchase
    was refunded cause the fix didn't work and I still have the original pre ordered deluxe edition with season pass. I shouldn't have to buy dlc again I already paid for in the season pass.

    If you pre-ordered the game, the content should be installed automatically for you. If you 'Manage' Injustice 2 under Games & Apps, do you see the content installed?

    Hitman Bundle - Requiem DLC not downloadable or manageable

    I am still awaiting a response to my grievance. I was not able to obtain the "pre-order DLC" because it was not labeled as such. On 3/10 the Xbox Store listed in as apart of the bundle without any information that the pre-order DLC was only available for
    pre-orders, and because of that, I postponed buying it until the following day since I could go from purchase to download. The mislabel and/or misdescription of the DLC as apart of the bundle, when it was a pre-order only part of the bundle, caused me to miss
    out on the DLC. I have been denied content due to misrepresentation, not through any fault of my own.

    Can you please clarify which content you're missing? If you cancelled your pre-order and later repurchased the game you would not be eligible for the pre-order content.
