Pre-Paid Code does not work! (Destiny-The Taken King)

Hello Xbox,

Today I got a problem with my pre-paid code. I bought Destiny The Taken King Legendary edition, a long time ago. Now I just started playing the game. And I see there are other things you can do with the codes. I atempted to redeemed my codes and it said
"This code has already been redeemed, use another one." I was disappointed, because I bought the game and didn't get the full section. I had three codes: The Taken King, Early Access Weapons Pack, and both Expansions (Expansion I and Expansion II). Please
help, I want what I payed for. I sadly do not remember where I bought the game from, because I bought it a long time ago and just started playing(Because I lost the disc, and I just found it). I do not think it was a used game. I am also sure I just started
(The game was brand new), because the game started downloading all the compatibility packs. So I know no one in my family has played the game. So, why is my code not working? No one has used it. Was it because it was a long time ago? (A year or two). Is it
because I don't have Xbox Live Gold. (I do have Live). Please reply. I can take a picture of my codes as proof and send it to you. Please do reply, I appreciate your help.

Rise of iron preorder

Alright all the disc includes is Destiny. It does not contain The Taken King. The Taken king is a DLC.

 

Trouble downloading Destiny: Rise Of Iron, while owning Destiny: The Taken King on disc

I originally had bought Destiny: The Taken King Legendary edition when it released on Xbox 360. I then upgraded to Xbox One, and I bought a pre owned copy of Destiny: the taken King Legendary Edition. It did not come with a code. My original Xbox 360 copy
did, and i redeemed it then. I still am unable to buy the new expansion.

You may want to reach out to our
phone or chat teams and ask them to check your entitlements. If you redeemed the code, they should be able to see the content on your account. If they aren't able to find anything, you can send me the code over Xbox Live and we can take a look here.

Generally however, if you don't see the content in your
download history, that would indicate that the content may have been redeemed elsewhere.
