Pre-orders not showing up on rewards

    Pre-orders not showing up on rewards


    pre ordered Tom Clancy ghost gold . Yet I don't see it in my rewards for Feb when I purchased it or registering for March when it was released either. Is it lagging in updating or is this normal?

    Question About "Punch it up with digital pre-orders" Promotion

    Hello,

    The "Punch it up with digital pre-orders" missions currently in place is not showing all of my pre-orders, it acknowledges that I had pre-ordered Titanfall 2 and Watch_Dogs 2 but Dead Rising 3 is still showing a "Pre-order now" button (Which I have pre-ordered
    a while back.)

    Could you please confirm or advise how to rectify this issue please, the extra reward credits from this mission would be appreciated.

    since you preordered it in February, it would show as a punch on your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete that offer and receive the credits.

    Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP payback, as stated in our FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    As Smwutches says, this purchase is eligible for the Games on Demand punchcard, which requires three eligible purchases to complete.

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?



    Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between 1 October 2017 00:00 UTC and 31 December 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order each game before
    its shown release date to qualify. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

    Since your purchase was not made within the offer period, it was not eligible for this offer.
