Pre-ordering question

quick question, I pre-ordered zoo tycoon ultimate animal collection last week and it is coming out Monday. I meant to pre-order the digital download but I apparently didn't because I says we don't own it in the microsoft/xbox store. I'm guessing I pre-ordered
the disk but no feedback about delivery or anything was sent to our email. So I think there may have been an ordeing problem and that the order might have not gone through. If it did go through does the pre-ordered disk does it arrive at out house the day
it comes out or is it shipped out the day it comes out.

The main reason I think I pre-ordered the disk is because it asked for our address, which it didn't do when I pre-ordered the digital download for forza motorsport 7. I just want to know if I should just expect it to come or If I should have gotten some
kind of feedback about when it is coming and other shipping info. Just don't want to wait for something that will never come, please tell me if this is normal or If we need to re-order it. Thanks

Hey just a quick question but how do i get rewards points for pre ordering? I read that until the 31st i can get 15,000 points for pre ordering Injustice 2 but i never got points when i pre ordered on my console. It makes me see less value in the program

 

Sorry! Found order history and found that it will be sent to our address(it took me 2 weeks to find this), but still...does it arrive the day it comes out or is it shipped out from the store/wherever when it comes out? Please reply, thanks
