    Pre-ordering mission


    Hi,

    One of the current missions of the reward program is to pre-order 3 games from January 1st till March 31st.

    I pre-ordered 3 of the games mentioned on the list ( I have received their electronic bills for more than a week) and the "Punch my pre-order" card indicates that I have only 2 out of 3 games pre-ordered.

    Is it normal?

    As stated in the FAQ for this offer, you must make three eligible pre-orders during the offer period to complete this offer. Since only your Marvel Lego purchase was made during the offer, you did not complete the offer.

    Hi ABitOfFruit. Smwutches is correct. That pre-order went towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since you didn't purchase three pre-orders, the mission was not completed.

    That seems a bit silly; the mission is to pre-order games so I missed the offer period because I pre-ordered too early? Can I cancel them and Pre-order again?

    I assume this means I shouldn't pre-order games ever again in case this happens again.

    Because you can cancel pre-orders anytime before the release date.
    That actually is not a valid point since the pre order on demand missions can be cancelled anytime as well. I strongly believe that Pre-Orders should qualify.
