    pre-ordered xenoverse 2 and didn't receive pre-order content


    I pre-ordered dragon ball xenoverse 2 and have not receive the code for goku black or the power pole, no e-mail or message on my Xbox. I was wondering if this was a back logging issue or if it was a mistake of some sort. If you could send a code or something

    This content is automatically provided in game, actually! Try checking the game's 'Ready to install' by highlighting the game's tile, press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller, and select 'Manage game'. Through there, look in the 'Ready to install'
    section for any DLC. Once the pre-order pack is installed, you will need to unlock the content in-game.
