Pre ordered Xbox Scorpio edition a few months back on Microsoft store, will I get it on ...

I preordered Xbox one x Scorpio edition on aug 20th at the Microsoft store. but I’m wondering when it’s suppose to be delivered I can’t find any solid info and Microsoft told me I might not get it until nov 30th, if I preordered a few months before hand
shouldn’t I get it release day like all the games I’ve ever preordered online?

Xbox One Day One Edition

Hi I have pre-ordered the xbox one day one edition from the microsoft store. This was a few months ago. As I have got the day one edition will I get the xbox on the release date.

 

Where are you Project Scorpio?

I ordered a Scorpio Edition and have seen no movement on my oder status as of today (Nov 6). I ordered from Best Buy and when I went by there today, they told me that they have the standard edition in the store ready for a midnight release but they do not
have any Scorpio Editions!

The associate at the store said they were hoping to get them today or tomorrow at the latest. So there is a distinct possibility that those of us who ordered the Scorpio Edition will miss out on the midnight release! I am hoping that I will not get screwed
over and not get it on launch day!

 

You may want to contact customer support for the Microsoft Store directly for them to confirm it, but you should receive it on release day since you preordered it that early. the first run ran out a few days later and won't be shipped until the 30th.

 

I did that but the guy I talked to made me even more confused.
