Pre-ordered WWE 2K18 but didn't get rewards for the punch card.

Hi Support,

I had WWE 2k18 preordered for the 3 game punch card but when the game released the punch card does not say I preordered it and I did not recieve the 5000 points for it. It worked for Shadow of War just fine, can you look into this for me?

Where are my points???

Ive pre-ordered three game on the punch card and it shows that they were ordered but on the punch card it says ive only got two games but the games i pre-ordered were WWE 2K18, Need For Speed Payback and Star Wars Battlefront 2

Pre-Order Punchcard Goof?

I pre-ordered WWE 2K18 on my Xbox One, which is a part of the Punch card program. I ordered the game in the time window shown, however I pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition. Somehow it's not counting towards the punch card. Is the program only for standard editions
or did I do something wrong?

You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for them to check into it for you. You won't receive credits per each game released. You will only receive the credits as one lump some of 15,000 credits after all 3 games you preordered have
been released.

Yeah, it kinda sucks, but that's how it is. The rewards punch cards are to get people to try games they might not have otherwise. It's a promotion between Microsoft and the company for whos game it is. The same situation applies on purchasing games
vs pre-ordering. If you pre-order and a punch card comes out, it's ineligible to earn that punch card. Sucks because I do love earning the points but I realize that it's to incite those that wouldn't otherwise buy the product, and not reward those that are
already on board.

The only way you could have received Credits for that purchase is the Games on Demand offer, which requires three eligible pre-orders within the offer period to complete. Since you do not have three punches on the Games on Demand punchcard, you did not earn
any Credits. Additionally, since you bought that pre-order before you were a Rewards member, it is not eligible. Only purchases made while being a Rewards member are eligible for Rewards.

There have not been any offers to receive credits just for that game. If you preordered on or after October 1, it would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the
credits.

Preorders do not count towards VIP.

But this is for the pre order punch card so it must count.

i have pre ordered AC Origin and Shadow so far and its not showing as pre ordered will i get the rewards if i pre order another title from the list or do i lose out again on this promo
