    I never received my rewards for completed the ‘pre order punchcard’ mission

    I pre ordered the 3 games from the list and never received my reward. I pre ordered FIFA 18,

    Star Wars Battlefront 2, and Call of Duty WW2.

    If you preordered on or after October 1, it would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits.

    The only offer that purchase would be eligible for is Games on Demand. Since you did not complete that offer, you did not earn Credits. From the FAQ:

    How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?



    Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) digital Games on Demand titles in the Microsoft Store between October 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and December 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order
    each game before its shown release date to qualify. Please note that retail Microsoft Store purchases do not apply. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to
    determine local time.

    Additionally, we do not see a Xbox store purchase of this title at this time. If you only recently made the purchase, please keep in mind that it can take up to 96 hours for us to process new activity.

    solved it kjc. go to the xbox store and search specifically the word "beta" u will find it on the list as ww2 beta and u can download it . it's gratis if you pre ordered online. have fun!

    If you digitally preordered the game you do not need a code to play the beta. You just need to download the beta separately from the store by searching for call of duty beta.
