    Pre-ordered The Division, got no beta code or receipt


    I pre-ordered Tom Clancy's The Division from my Xbox console. When I ordered it I had the wrong email address under my billing information so I never got the receipt or my beta code. I have since entered my correct email address but I need a copy
    of my receipt and beta code sent to me new email address.

    Yes you should still get the blackout beta even after missing the multiplayer beta. If you pre-ordered digitally check ready to install, if you pre-ordered in the store they should have given you a code, with GameStop the code is usually on receipt.

    I got my pre- order by stoping by eb games (gamestop) and the code was on the bottom of the receipt with instructions on how to redeem it…It worked, still patiently waiting for my email confirmation… I hope I get my invite to the beta!

    The beta doesn't start till the end of the month for Xbox. PS4 is getting the beta on the 17th. They meant you can gain access to the beta by pre-ordering your copy. Gamestop gives you a nine digit code at the bottom of your receipt once you pre-order the
    game. You have to create an account on bungie.net/beta and redeem the nine digit code Gamestop gave you. They'll email you the beta code once the beta goes live at the end of the month.
