    I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition on January 1st, and still have not received the code for HW DE.

    halo wars defenitive edition code not recieved

    i ordered halo wars definitive edition on the 9th and haven't received my code as of yet according to halo official forums post and tweets game studio:

    according to the links shown, by the game studio and i quote from them :

    If you pre-ordered the digital Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition PRIOR to 12/20 then you should have received your HWpre-ordered the digital Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition ,haven't got the HW:DE code yet ? :DE code by now. If you haven't gotten it then something is probably wrong

    I purchased the halo wars 2 ultimate edition pre paid code. My bundle downloaded everything except halo wars de. Am also wondering how to solve this issue?
