  1. Pre-ordered Starfield Premium Upgrade, I cancelled it. But I still have not received a refund.


    I purchased the Starfield Premium Edition Upgrade on PC through the Xbox App using Paypal. Due to some circumstances I had to cancel the pre order, when I cancel it mentioned me receiving a refund in 72 hours. but its been more than 2 weeks now and still have not received any refund.

    I tried to get mine to , i also preordered, and the game is terrible broken. i reached out they denied me after owning 4 bethesda games, and have made xbox rich as many others, i'm trying to get another signatures to act on a class action law suit, of these guys, tired of big tech screwing us all, xbox is the main issue and bethesda, microsoft has always been pretty fair with any refunds, i i only have received one in 40 years, so thats pretty good for them, i guess, although i hear more bad stuff from other people about both, microsoft ,and xbox, but hey , bethesda has now got a track history for illegally releasing broken games not ready for release, we are going to try to stop this ****.     pre-orders are not charged until approximately 10 days before release, anything that you saw on your credit card prior to this was a test charge, and went away after a few days. So this is why you likely have received no refund, because there was nothing to refund, having been done 3 weeks out.

    I purchased gamepass but it was the wrong one, went to upgrade it and was charged the full amount a second time.

    In order to get a refund on the initial subscription, you would have had to cancel it and refund before upgrading it. If you upgraded it, then it would have been canceled in order to do the upgrade and if you cancel/refund now, you'll lose both subscriptions.
