Pre-Ordered Star Wars BattleFront, still no DLC for Battle of Jakku or no Code for the DLC

I have EA Access as well, and Pre ordered the game for Digital Download from the Store. What do I need to do to get the Battle of Jakku DLC?

Didn't receive Star Wars Battlefront Pre-Order DLC

I pre-ordered Star Wars Battlefront back on September 17th, 2015 and I was suppose to receive the Battle of Jakku DLC early for pre-ordering and I didn't receive anything after placing my order, when the game came in the mail and they didn't email me any
DLC code. I pre-ordered from Microsoftstore.com.

Hi,

I got an early access code to be able to download the DLC Battle of Jakku for Star wars Battlefront.

When i redeemed the code, my xbox crashed and didnt install the DLC. I coudlnt redeem the code again because it had already been redeemed.

 

The battle of Jakku will be released sometime during the 1st of December for users that pre ordered and will release later during the day.

 

Should I have received a code from Microsoft though?

 

I also preordered from the Microsoft website and never received the code to download either. I have contacted them and they have no idea what I'm talking about.

 

Same problem here, both my daughters have been able to download and play it but I cannot get access, it tells me bundle only but we all bought the same deluxe versions for preorder at the same time. This is frustrating. You are really getting on my nerves
microsoft.

 

Same Problem, I called and checked with them on the 18th when I received my game (a day late although their site said guarantee release day delivery if I pre ordered} and 2 people assured me that I would have early access today. Called them again today and
they act as if I am lying and/or speaking a different language and was told agent would investigate and call me back by the end of the day. Have not heard back then on top of that they still have not giving me all my rewards points/money and was told to check
back in 24 hours for that. Then I decided to Chat with EA online customer support the 1st agent ask for two screenshots of receipts once I did that the 2nd agent says the first agent was wrong and that I need to send pictures of the game case, game disc, and
inlay etc ... I have pretty much given up hope for Jakku at this point but I will be calling the microsoft store again tomorrow if my reward points/money does not show up!

If you purchased the game digitally there should be a title update, once you update and you start the game there is an option to download Battle of Jakku. If you purchased from a retailer other than through the Xbox Store you should have received an e-mail
from that retailer. If you haven't received anything from them you'll need to reach out to them.
