    Quantum Break Digital Xbox One Pre-Order and no promotion codes.

    Pre-ordered Quantum Break digitally from the Xbox Store for Xbox One, and still haven't received the bonus Quantum Break Windows PC code, or the Alan Wake codes. Any further updates on when we may receive the promotion codes? Thanks.

    Hey there, Support is investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

    So any update since support was supposed to be back today? It's been 13 days this is getting ridiculous. Would like a response that at least says everything is checked off & your pre-order was fine it's just really late.

    Quantum Break Pre-Order never received Alan Wake American Nightmare and Quantum Break PC code

    Pre-ordering a code to redeem the digital version of Quantum Break through the Xbox Store before the launch of Quantum Break (which was April 5th, 2016) would have included the digital pre-order bonuses. However the disc version would not have been eligible.

    Again, sincere apologies for any frustration this may have caused. For more information, check out the
    Quantum Break on Windows 10 FAQ. I'll quote the relevant piece below:

    Free Quantum Break Windows 10 game offer valid with pre-order of digital copy of Quantum Break for Xbox One, by April 4, 2016, from Xbox Store, Xbox.com, participating retailers, or inside Quantum Break Xbox One console bundles, while supplies
