Pre ordered QB to play on PC, no where it said I was going to wait 10 days

Simple as that, no where in the brazilian page of the game pre order was saying I would have to wait TEN days after the release to be able to THEN download the game and then play it, if my code is not here really soon I will just sue MS for the whole fiasco.

Yes, it is a crime here if you sell something you cant deliver.

This is beyond ridiculous.

Quantum Break Pre-Order Games

I pre-ordered the game on 4/4. However, I have not received any of the of the pre-order bonuses (no Alan Wake, Alan Wake American Nightmare, and PC code for QB). It has been more than the 10 days indicated. Should I still wait or is there anything else that
I can do?

problem with alan wake (pre order code quantum break)

Hi germanc83. I pre ordered QB on 1st April. Came today and the Alan Wake codes were included in the box. American Nightmare will come 7 - 10 days after release of QB. Hope this helps.

 

The codes for Alan Wake and the Windows 10 version began going out today. You should receive them within 7-10 days.

American Nightmare should also be delivered via XBL message 7-10 days from the date you pre-order.

The Windows 10 version of the game isn't what was sold to you, it was the Xbox One version of the game. A pre-order bonus isn't something you can get the law involved over. Simply put, you paid for a Xbox One game and got it, the pre-order bonus has yet
to be recieved.

 

We will see that tomorrow if I cant get what I paid for.

"Windows 10 game code will be sent via Xbox system message around the week of April 5, 2016"

The week of April 5th doesn't end until Sunday 10 April, and could even extend out until next week if it is "around" said week.

I knew exactly what I was buying, if you didn't read the terms of a bonus offer, that is very much on you.

 

Again, if you have the Xbox One version of the game, then you have what you paid for. Everyone who has yet to receive their pre-order bonus, myself included, have to wait for the W10 version of the game as well as Alan Wake and it's DLC. There is no way
a court will hold up that you did not receive what you paid for, because you have access to the item you actually purchased-Quantum Break for the Xbox One, not Quantum Break for Windows 10.
