pre-ordered QB for free windows10 code , i don't own a X1

will be able to get the code in the Xbox App ?? or what's the deal here ??

the other thing is that i can't purchase the game in the store no matter what i try !!!1

Quantum Break W10 and Alan Wake codes not received

I pre-ordered Quantum Break through the XBox one, already played it and finished it, but I haven't received the codes for Alan Wake nor for the Windows10 version of QB.

Supposed to be received after 7-10 days... today is day 10th. Nothing yet.

Still Waiting For Quantum Break Pre-order Codes

i pre-ordered QB 3/3/16 and i have not received any codes.

i have been waiting 7 weeks for these codes.

 

Those codes will start going out this week. If you don't receive it in 7-10 days, you'll need to post back here. The code will be sent to you via a Live message, so you can get it either through the smartglass app or through xbox.com.

 

can i get a refund ?? i mean they lured me to pre-order the X1 ver.

i didn't see any mention of the codes being sent 10 days after launch day

 

The turnaround times were listed in the description of the game. You can try contacting support for a refund, but since the game has been released, there is no guarantee they will give one. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

In the game decription it lists the codes as being sent in 7-10 days.
