Pre-ordered Monster Hunter World but it is not showing up in my punchcard

Hi dragunrising. Since you purchased Monster Hunter World after the release date of January 26th, it did not qualify for the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard.

Apologies for the inconvenience. There was an issue with our source for purchase data that resulted in us being unable to receive purchase information past January 22nd. This issue was recently resolved and that information has started to come in. You should
see your offer progress appropriately shortly. Since we receive purchases with the date you made the purchase and not when we receive it, once this issue is resolved, the offer should progress as expected. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by
this delay. We see that we have now received this purchase, and a punch was awarded.

Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order.

Your purchase of Sea of Thieves was only made two days ago, so it has not updated. Your purchase of Monster Hunter World was not a pre-order.

You only had one pre-order for that offer, for your pre-order of Far Cry 5. The punchcard for that offer was the 1 - 2 - 3 at the top of the page. The body of the page only shows you which games you own, and those titles become dull when you own the title
so you know which titles you have left available. Neither of your purchases of Kingdom Come Deliverance or Monster Hunter World were pre-orders.
