Pre-ordered Just Cause 3 and have yet to receive Just Cause 2 as well

I see there are other threads on this however... they are all marked answered with the answer of "check your inbox/private messages". So that being said... why not put the answer in the thread so other folks dont keep creating threads. I purchased the
game 10 days ago.

Missing Just Cause 2 code

I pre-ordered Just Cause 3 more than 10 days ago and have yet to receive a Just Cause 2 code. I pre-ordered Just Cause 3 from the xbox store on my console, and here is an image proving I did so,

Dark Souls Game Code Not Received

As the title says, I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 11 days ago and have yet to receive my code for Dark souls 1.

I also purchased Just Cause 3 10 days ago and have not received my code for Just Cause 2.

I appreciate your help in resolving this matter!

The reason they are over PM's is probably because they are being sent a new code, which do not get posted on the public forums If support had an answer, then they'd post it up here, but if its sensitive information, then they send it over PM

That being said, a support agent will be along with a PM for you to sort you out
