    Hello dear Support Team.

    As the title says I pre ordered the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition on the Windows Store on the 5th December. Therefore I should have gotten a guaranteed key for the Halo Wars Definitive Edition on the 20th December since I belong to the people who preordered
    PRIOR to the 14th December.

    I will just quote a developer from 343 industries:

    "If you pre-ordered the digital Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition PRIOR to

    12/20 then you should have received your HWpre ordered HW2 Ultimate Edition on the 5th December and yet haven't received a code Halo Wars ... :DE code by now. If you

    haven't gotten it then something is probably wrong."

    I already contacted xbox support via webchat (talked to Joan) and was told to submit a thread here, so I can get my code.
