    Pre ordered game saying I don’t own it.


    I bought COD cold war pre order edition and have been playing it since release. Today i opened the game and it said i needed to buy the game to play iteven though i was on as recently as last night. I deleted it to re download and now it will not let me
    without repurchasing.

    If I uninstall the game wouldn’t it be in my owned games? It’s saying I have to preorder it again but the $60 came out of my bank so does that mean I own it? Or since I pre ordered it do I need to just wait for it to come out on the Xbox one and then check my owned games again? I don’t have the money to pre order it again

    Yes I am having the same problem I pre-ordered the game and I bought the $80 version but it’s saying that I don’t own the game and I have to buy it again.

    Has anyone made sense of the Forza Horizon 5 premium add on?

    I had this same problem I preordered forza horizon 5 premium on October 5th got on this morning and says I don’t own the premium when in my order history it says I bought it. But when I click the game it says your too early but I bought the premium version, and so when I go back into store it says pre order like I already did [mod removed]

    It just says pre ordered but on my xbox it isnt in my games and apps ready to pre install. I have got the pre order bonus installed though as when i was on the store it said "manage you own this" and when i clicked that it was there to install but the main game isn't.
