I have pre-ordered FIFA 17 and I don's received the EA Access 1 month code. I spoke on the EA support, anda they, that the code it's send by Microsoft, but still noting.

Ea access code

I pre ordered the FIFA 17 super deluxe edition, which includes a one month trial for ea access, and i haven't received my code yet. Can anyone help?

Hey faelleao22 -

When did you pre-order FIFA 17? You will get your code for EA Access 7-10 days after your pre-order date. So if you pre-ordered the game on September 20, 2016, you could generally expect your code somewhere between September 27-30, 2016.

Your not getting FIFA A month early, your getting free access to EA Access for a month.

when i purchased the Fifa 16 game i will receive a code for the Fifa 17 game. The one that we offer is that when you pre-order the Fifa 17 i will receive a 1 month code of EA-access and it will be delivered to me but it's deleted by xbox one live messages
not deleted by my hand and I want retrieving my code please??

Hello, I also contacted Microsoft support, and they also adviced me to comment on this topic.

On the 22th of September I pre-ordered FIFA 17, because of the early access. But I did not receive the EA-Access code yet. I would like to receive the code before the game release as this is also the reason why I bought it.
