Pre ordered Fifa 16 no ea access code received

can anyone please help me?

i have been chatting with EA who blame microsoft and microsoft who ask me to post in these forums.

I was told to post here by xbox customer support to get my one Month EA ACCESS CODE since I pre-ordered FIFA 16.

Promotion Details: PRE-ORDERED FIFA 16 and was supposed to get a code for 1 MONTH of EA ACCESS

Date of Purchase: I PRE-ORDERED FIFA 16 on July 22nd 2015

Promo Item(s): One-month EA ACCESS CODE.

Just to clarify, when did you pre-order FiFA 16? Keep in mind, after you pre-order FIFA 16 it will take 7-10 days before you receive your EA access code. For more information check the FIFA

I have purchased the game on 16 September. Whilst I do understand the policy I don't understand why you advertise the game being playable with ea access provided with the pre order. If I have to wait for 7-10 days to receive the code then there is no point
in pre ordering the game then?

I pay for the game instantly and I expect to receive a simple code instantly. Surely your systems can see that I have purchased the game and you can send the code instantly.

I agree with NMExEREBES,I'm into the same situation and I don't understand why it takes long... Then the pre-order is almost pointless if you don't get your benefits at the right time. A couple of friends ordered the game the past september 15 and they already
received their codes so I'm wondering why mine is delayed.

I had a conversation via online chat with one of colleagues yesterday who advised me that codes will be provided instantly when we post in these forums. So I think you might need to liaise with that department so that you do not give out incorrect advice
and make people have hope that they will receive their codes and play Fifa 16.

Loverhd you can only play Fifa 16 for ONLY 10 hours anyway as they have limited the amount of time you can play it for! How ridiculous.. Not worth the hassle and maybe we should consider selling Xbox and going to playstation as I have never heard gamers
being treated/ fooled in this manner.
