    Pre Ordered FFXV but did NOT get the 15,000 reward Points


    Used the same email as my microsoft account and my microsoft store account (and rewards account). It has been over 15 days since the game released and nothing has showed up in my pending.

    I didn't recieve my Xbox reward points for two reward missions I completed

    I completed two reward point missions from Xbox rewards my missions. I bought the Ezio collection from the Microsoft store and I was supposed to receive 15,000 reward points and a movie ticket. I got the movie ticket but I never got the 15,000 points. It
    said it would take up to 2 weeks but its been a month now. I still have the ad for the mission in my email and I have the receipt of my purchase to prove it. Also the other mission I did was pre-order 3 games for another 15,000 points. I pre-ordered Watchdogs
    2, Dead Rising 4 and Resident Evil 7. It showed on my missions that I pre-ordered 3 games and had 3 punches on the card and I never received 15,000 points for it. Please help me - Nick

    343 is really bad at compensating people I pre ordered the Disc Version of this game on June 9 th 2014 when it was announced now I can't even play it at all.......... 343 should give something to people who pre ordered the Disc Versions of this game that
    is unplayable.

    Keep in mind that if you are a rewards member, you should have received 15,000 credits instead of the $10.

    They have rewards for pre-orders on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site.

    There's even a specific mission related to pre-orders right now for Gems and a 15,000 point bonus: https://rewards.xbox.com/en-US/games-on-demand/

    The MicrosoftStore.com offer is for physical disc pre-orders. Since your purchase was not a pre-order, it did not qualify for the offer.

    The only offer that Rewards 15,000 per individual pre-order is the MicrosoftStore.com offer. That offer only Rewards physical disc pre-orders. Since your purchases were digital, they were not eligible for that offer.
