    By request of the chat support I'm posting this again.

    I pre ordered Dishonored 2 November 8 and can't claim Dishonored Definitive Edition from xbox live marketplace as promised.

    Assistance on this matter would be appreciated

    Hi i pre ordered Dishonored 2 and if you pre ordered it you would get as a bonus Dishonored Definitive Edition for free but i havent recived no message from xbox ingame or email the code hope someone can help me here is a reference from the support chat

    After going through the issue with the chat support the issue was solved. I was able to claim the Disonored Definitive Edition today

    Today after working with the chat support and supplying all the right information this issue was solved. I was able to claim free the Dishonored Definitive Edition from the marketplace.
