    Pre-Ordered Dishonored 2 but did not receive Dishonored Definitive Edition


    I also did not receive my copy despite having pre-ordered Dishonored 2 via Xbox Marketplace on Xbox One./XBL.

    I chatted online with XBL Support and they told me to post this here in order to receive it.

    I did not receive my Dishonored Definitive Edition

    I made the purchase of Dishonored 2 on 10/29/2016 and so far I did not receive the Dishonored Definitive Edition that was included in the pre-order purchase of the game.

    Haven't Received Dishonored 1 Definitive Edition from Dishonored 2 pre-order.

    I pre-ordered Dishonored 2 about two weeks ago and I have still not received Dishonored 1 Definitive Edition. I have been checking the store and it still says you receive the game from pre-ordering, so it appears the offer is still valid.

    Thanks for the heads up! Which date did you purchase Dishonored 2 on? Additionally, have you verified that the game is not currently in either in your 'Ready to install' list on your Xbox One console, or purchasable for free within the Xbox Store?

    We're currently working with the appropriate teams on a similar issue, but those details will help us a bunch!

    Hey there zhhp,

    To clarify, users who pre ordered Dishonored 2 would receive the license for Dishonored: Definitive Edition. No codes were sent for this promotion, you would just need to download the game from the Xbox Store. To qualify though, you needed to pre-order Dishonored
    2 prior to it's release date in a supported Xbox Live country as well as a country where the game has been officially released.

    Which country is your console physically located in currently and which day did you preorder the game?

    If you have pre-ordered South Park: Fractured, But Whole and Dishonored 2, you should be able to automatically download South Park: The Stick of Truth and Dishonored without a code. These promotions did not require receiving Xbox Live codes.
