    Fifa 18 pre-order

    I've pre-ordered Fifa 18 Ronaldo edition (£72) ... the game come out on 26th but I haven't been charged yet even though it's the 26th and I got a email saying I'll be charged 10 days before ... any advice ?

    If you preordered with a credit card/paypal, you should be charged within about 10 days of the games release.

    Watch out the release date of destiny 2 on the store

    Just in case you haven't heard yet. That date 9/20/17 is representative of the the day that the base Destiny 2 game (without pre-order dlc) will be available for purchase.

    Can I exchange a game that I bought 5 months ago if I haven't played it?

    Since that one's still on pre-order, if you haven't been charged yet, you should be able to cancel the pre-order at http://account.microsoft.com and then purchase the correct version.

    If you have been charged, you can try submitting a refund request, but since the pre-order was over 14 days ago, a refund is not guaranteed.
