Pre ordered darktide and not showing up

Hi buddy tha k you for replying. Yes I can see the order conformation on my Microsoft account and the billing on my bank account I've tried deleting my account off my xbox and switching my xbox off for 10 seconds then re adding my account but its still not comming up

If you’re not able to see the game in your library probably that’s the reason.

As long as the transaction says “completed” in your Microsoft account order history you’re good to go
