    I pre-ordered and purchased the limited edition gears of war 4 xbox one that comes with the ultimate edition of the game but I have not received a code for the backwards compatible xbox 360 gears of war games.

    Im on the xbox one, i pre ordered Gears of war 4 on the 7th of october ish xbox one and did not get the pre order bonuses, Gears of war 4 playable on pc and the gears of war games for xbox 360.

    Could you please help me out.

    I got my xbox one s limited edition bundle with gears of war 4 on the 7th October, added the free gold trial , played gears of war 4 and multiplayer, and i'm still waiting for the codes for the xbox 360 versions of gears of war, i was wondering if i will
    ever get them?

    UPDATE

    Was told to wait 1 month which i did and still don't have the codes.

    I purchased the limited edition gears of war xbox one s 2TB cosole, downloaded gears of war 4 ultimate edition from xbox live, played and finished the campaign and some multiplayer, i have everything else like the season pass etc but no codes.

    How do I get the Gears 5 Ice Kait and Ice Jack skin? I pre-order and picked up the Gears 5 Limited Edition Xbox One X console, but I didn't get the DLC code with my console and game.
    The Code for Gears 5 Ultimate edition and Gears of war 4 that came with the limited edition console gives you the the Ice skins

    pre-order bonus. The game launched on October 11th, so if you purchased on the 17th you may not have been eligible.

    This is what I found on Xbox Wire:
