    Hello I pre-ordered and purchased Gears of War 4. I still have not received the backwards compatiblity titles of Gears of War 1, 2, 3, and Judgment that are supposed to come with it. I need the codes and would greatly appreciate receiving them! Thank you

    pre-ordered and purchased the limited edition of the Gears of War 4 Xbox One did not get 360 games

    I pre-ordered and purchased the limited edition gears of war 4 xbox one that comes with the ultimate edition of the game but I have not received a code for the backwards compatible xbox 360 gears of war games.

    So It's safe to assume that your purchase of Gears of War 4 was digital. Codes will typically take 7-10 days to arrive in your message box. After the 7-10 days mark and still haven't received any codes in your message box I would recommend giving Microsoft
    a call about it. Hope this leads to a quick resolve for you!

    Gears of War 2 is available now on the backwards compatability for xbox one, if you pre-ordered the Gears of War remaster for xbox one you should have received codes as a verification of this.

    If you purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox One or Windows 10 between April 25, 2016, and December 31, 2016, or if you redeem a code for the game as part of a console bundle before December 31, 2016, you'll receive the following Xbox 360 backward-compatible
    games:

    • Gears of War
    • Gears of War 2
    • Gears of War 3
    • Gears of War: Judgment

    These codes are only playable on Xbox 360 or Xbox One.

    Hi Jacky. I believe that the deal containing all of the previous GoW games was only a
    pre-order bonus. The game launched on October 11th, so if you purchased on the 17th you may not have been eligible.

    This is what I found on Xbox Wire:

    Finally, all pre-order customers will receive the entire Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One. This includes all four previous games – Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment –
    and is available only as a limited time offer.
