Pre ordered 3 titles

I’ve pre ordered three titles it said for 15,000 points or something but it’s asking me to pre order them again through the Xbox store and I’m afraid if I do this you will charge me twice for the same game I would like some help if I could

15000 rewards credit for pre order

it has shown me with 2 out of 3 titles pre ordered on the xbox rewards pre order 3 games by December 31 for the past month and a half, I have pre ordered steep and resident evil and it still only show's me with 2 games pre ordered and not 3. I have pre ordered
5 games on the list all in correct time period and it is only showing two. I would like the 15,000 credits for pre ordering 3 digital games.

Still have not received code from Pre-Ordering Fallout 4

As the title says, I pre-ordered Fallout 4, but never ended up getting the code for Fallout 3.

It takes 96 hours for pre-orders to reflect on the website, and you must pre-order 3 titles to be eligible for the new promotion. Subsequently, you had to have pre-ordered the games during the promotional period in order to be eligible for the reward. If
you pre-ordered prior to January 1st, 2017 then the pre-order is not eligible for the current promotion.

You only had one pre-order for that offer, for your pre-order of Far Cry 5. The punchcard for that offer was the 1 - 2 - 3 at the top of the page. The body of the page only shows you which games you own, and those titles become dull when you own the title
so you know which titles you have left available. Neither of your purchases of Kingdom Come Deliverance or Monster Hunter World were pre-orders.

Hi Porsche Kid 911. The current offers that involve awarding for Pre-Orders is the Games on Demand Pre-Order offer and the Early Bird MyChallenge. For the Games on Demand punchcard, you need to pre-order 3 qualifying titles. You can see what qualifies here: https://rewards.xbox.com/en-US/faq/#faqpreorder_oct17.
For the Early Bird offer, you just need to pre-order any 3 games before release date beginning October 1, 2017. That offer will award Gems.

Virtually every quarter, pre-orders have their own promotion that run and typically reward 15,000 reward points for pre-ordering 3 eligible titles. Unless you are a 5 Star MyVip member and receive the full 10% back then that promotion is worth more than
you would get if you just pre-ordered them at received MyVip % back.
