Pre-ordered 2 out of 3 games for "Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard". Over 1 week and not ...

"Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard" have no updates. Pre-ordered Final Fantasy XV Digital Premium and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Digital Deluxe. Both games bought through Xbox One Console, date and time, last Thursday October 20, 2016 around 10:30 pm. I do
not see any punchcard update information. I was informed that I can pre-order through Xbox One console's store or through a computer browser. What is happening?

Hi MUDGATTOR. For the current Games on Demand Pre-Order offer, we see that you pre-ordered Assassin's Creed Origins. This punchcard began October 1. For the past Games on Demand Pre-Order offer, you pre-ordered Shadow of War and
Agents of Mayhem. This punchcard ran from July 1 to September 30. Since you only had two of the three punches, you did not complete the offer. To complete the current punchcard, you'll need to purchase 2 more qualifying titles.

Games on Demand pre-order punchcard isnt reconizing our 2nd purchase(pre-order)

We've Pre-ordered 2 game out of the 3 Required for the Promotion on rewards.xbox.com which was the Games on Demand pre-order Punchcard promo, Those two games that were pre-ordered was "Resident Evil 7 biohazard"($59.99 And "Halo War 2 gold edition" ($99.99)
but halo wars isnt showing up for the Promo as my 2nd purchased game...Promotion Ends on March 31st needs to get resolved so that i may purchase/pre-order a 3rd..

Hi JTREADY. Your pre-order of The Evil Within 2 and Shadow of War went towards last quarter's Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since you completed that offer, Rewards Credits were awarded back in August. Your pre-order of South Park was made on September
4. The current Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard began October 1. For pre-orders to qualify, they need to be made during the offer period.

The Games on Demand pre-order punchcard is the 1 - 2 - 3 at the top of the page. We see that you have been correctly awarded a punch for your For Honor pre-order. The body of the page is just for displaying standard edition pre-orders, and is not the punchcard.

As it states in our FAQ, pre-orders, in game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore not eligible for the bonus star offer. You have received the correct progress for your Rainbow Six purchase. Keep in mind that all activity
takes up to 96 hours to be processed.

It takes us up to 96 hours to process purchase information. Since you purchased your pre-order yesterday, it is too early for us to see this transaction. If you purchased this title as a pre-order, it should show up as a punch on your Games on Demand punchcard.
Keep in mind that the punchcard is the 1 -2 - 3 counter at the top of the page.

Hi Porsche Kid 911. The current offers that involve awarding for Pre-Orders is the Games on Demand Pre-Order offer and the Early Bird MyChallenge. For the Games on Demand punchcard, you need to pre-order 3 qualifying titles. You can see what qualifies here: https://rewards.xbox.com/en-US/faq/#faqpreorder_oct17.
For the Early Bird offer, you just need to pre-order any 3 games before release date beginning October 1, 2017. That offer will award Gems.
