    Pre ordercall of duty vanguard problem


    So I recently pre ordered the vanguard ultimate edition just a couple of minutes ago and when I clicked purchase it brought up a message saying “Oops! Not sure what happened there. please try again later” so I closed it and it still gave me an option to buy the game but I got an email with a receipt that I purchased it off the Microsoft store and I can’t find it anywhere in my games, little help?

    I have this problem bought the standard edition but it’s not there checked my billing and says I have it and it’s successful but I can’t find the game on my Xbox anywhere

    Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then locate your order transaction for the game, if it's there stated as "pre-ordered" or "completed" it means that it's successful and you can simply perform a powercycle on your console.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If it's not showing on your order history, it means that the transaction isn't successful, if you have been charged, you will be needing to dispute the charge to your bank.
