Pre order still pending after 10 days

Pre ordered a game that has early access release on the 21st September but still says pending after 10 days it says you will be charged 10 days before release 10 days from 21st was yesterday Monday the 11th the money wasn't taken out at the start of my pre order so I thought 10 days will pass and it will charge me but that hasn't happened can u help also to note is i paid with debt card not credit card

Payment should be taken within 10 days of release, so it's not always exactly 10 days from release. It can be taken at any time between now and the release.

Pre-order incentives are typically sent out 7-10 days after the date of pre-order. You should receive your code via Xbox Live message so keep an eye on your inbox. If after 10 days from your date of pre-order you still don't have your code, feel free to
post up a new thread and we'll look into it then.
