    Pre-Order Rewards Question


    For the most recent set of pre-order rewards games, the FAQ says that the offer applies from January 1st to March 31st. Does that mean that if I pre-ordered any of the eligible games before this period that I won't receive the pre-order rewards credits?

    I pre-ordered my digital deluxe version of Tekken 7 about a month ago. My question is why haven't I received the 15,000 rewards credits shown in Xbox Live rewards for that title pre-order?

    You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order to get a response from Rewards support. Keep in mind that in-game consumables, pre-orders, and subscriptions do not count towards VIP.

    Since you only have one of three purchases, you have not yet completed the offer. This three purchase requirement is also mentioned on the offer in the MyMissions page:

    Hi Hurlamania. You pre-ordered Forza 7 on August 29, 2017. The offer started on September 18th. You qualified for the plays, but the pre-order was not eligible for the Rewards Credits. Pre-orders had to be made during the offer period for the Rewards Credits.
