Pre order RDR2, didn’t receive gta 5 Bonus $

I got on the chat window with MS support and they took care of the problem fast. Thanks MS XBOX support. Problem solved.

I have not received my pre order bonus code for pre odering red dead redemption 2 and does that code also entail the money for gta 5.

After spending a great deal of time making multiple calls and getting nowhere, someone at xbox finally let me know that this was a known problem and that they were working on it. I asked for an estimated time it would be resolved and they didnt know. They
opened a ticket at least, but i keep getting emails saying its resolved... still not resolved.

Thank goodness i dont have many problems with my xbox, because i really do not like companies that treat their customers so poorly.

I’ve done that... a lot. Plus I called support again. After 36 minutes, I thought I was making progress then a recording came on that said they were closed and I should call when they were open.

I’m not sure if this is the right place to post that. It was the link that they gave me when I contacted support. I’ve been trying to get this mess fixed for a few days. Everyone I talk to says I’m right, then I get told to talk to someone else. I need my
GTA money to get a ramp car so I can get even with my son for running over me with a tank.

It shouldn’t be this hard to get yalls mistake corrected.
