    Sorry to hear you haven't received your code. Can you sign in over on commerce.microsoft.com and verify the transaction for Quantum Break was completed? If you're able to see a completed purchase please get a screenshot of that and remove all personal information.

    Same here I Pre Ordered the Digital version of Quantum Break because I would get the Windows 10 version for free plus Alan Wake and Alan Wake American Nightmare but the only thing I have received is Quantum Break nothing else I kind of feel cheated...

    Alan Wake is just a bonus for buying Quantum Break. American Nightmare is the pre-order bonus. Either way, it's going to be backwards compatible sometime in the very near future.
