    Hello Team

    I have a problem with my tracking in xbox live rewards i pre ordered a game and it did not track in the punshcard

    (I bought it on 6th january)

    Hello disc frolf,

    Your purchase of TitanFall 2 was not a pre-order, and therefore not eligible for this offer. The body of the page tracks all purchases and marks them as "You pre-ordered" even if you did not pre-order them.

    Has anyone Pre-ordered the Collectors edition from GAME (UK)?!?!

    R* Warehouse cancelled my Special Edition pre-order so I done it with GAME UK, I can track the order okay they sent an email on Friday saying 'Your order is being processed' with a working track order link, I was a guest though and it's not the Collectors
    - If I were you I'd definitely contact them.

    We do not see a pre-order purchase on January 6th. Both Watch Dogs 2 and Mad Max were not in pre-order state at that time. Furthermore, we see that you have been purchasing in USD. Since you are a German Rewards member, we can only Reward purchases made
    in Euro, which is why your purchase on February 1st did not award a punch.

    As stated in the FAQ for this offer, you must make three eligible pre-orders during the offer period to complete this offer. Since your purchase of Call of Duty was made before this offer existed (October 1) it would not be possible to apply it to this offer.
