Pre-Order Punches

Hi, I pre-ordered both Mass Effect Andromeda and Sniper Elite 4 (on the same day, six days ago), but I have received only one punch on the tracker. I understand it takes up to 96 hours to process, but that time has long gone.

games on demand punch card issue

On the games on demand pre order punch card I've been give a punch for South Park the fractured but whole and Call of Duty WWII. The issue is I was not given the third punch for my pre order of WWE2K18.

I pre-ordered COD for the Punchcard and it is not registering.

1. The Punch my preorder page still shows "pre-order now" for Call of Duty. I bought the Call of Duty®: Infinite Warfare - Digital Deluxe Edition.

2. I bought Final Fantasy XV months ago and shows as pre-ordered on the Punch my pre-order page. Since this was bought before Oct. 1 will this count towards the punches?

Apologies for the inconvenience. It looks like your Mass Effect purchase has not yet been punched automatically. We have alerted our platform team to this issue. In the meanwhile, we will award the punch manually. You should see it appear on the punchcard
at the top of the mission page shortly.

We do not remove punches from your punchcard. That is a completely valid punch, and a third punch from another pre-order will complete the punchcard.

You currently only have two punches for the Games on Demand punchcard. Since only your pre-orders of Final Fantasy and Dead Rising were made during the offer period, they are the only pre-orders awarding punches. Only pre-orders made during the offer period
are eligible for the offer.

The body of that page is to display all your purchased games. The "You Preordered" stamp is just the generic marking for all your purchased games, and is not the indicator for which games awarded punches.

As Smwutches' says, pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and do not award progress. Pre-orders, game consuambles, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since your purchase was made on the release date for Final Fantasy, it did not award a punch. Since your purchase was close to the release date, we will manually award a punch, but please note that only pre-orders are eligible for this offer. Currently,
the webpage is only set up to display your purchases of standard editions of games, which is why your Dead Rising purchase awarded a punch but is not marked as pre-ordered. Your purchase of Final Fantasy is not marked as pre-ordered for similar reasons.

Since only your pre-order of Dead Rising 4 was made within the offer period, it was the only purchase that awarded a punch. You need three punches in order to complete the offer and receive Credits.
