Pre Order Punchcard Reward

Hi

In Q1 2017 you ran a Rewards promotion where by if you pre ordered (then purchased) three games from a nominated list, you would receive 15,000 reward credits after all three games had been released.

During this promotion I pre ordered Resident Evil 7, Mass Effect Andromeda and South Park: The Fractured But Whole which were all on the nominated games list. South Park's release was delayed part way through the promotion HOWEVER it was still listed as
a qualifying game all the way through to the end of the promotional period even after the delay.

As I purchased all three games in line with the promotion I was expecting to receive my reward following the release of South Park but so far this hasn't been deposited. Can you look into this and resolve please.

Xbox Rewards - Punch Card Releases

There are two separate deals going on right now with that, there's the Games on Demand punchcard which does not include digital pre-orders and there's a pre-order one going on where you have to preorder through microsoftstore.com and that one is pre-order a game that ships before June 30th to get 15,000 reward points.

Just wondering if the pre-order punchcard rewards will change after the 30th to reflect different games?

Check the dates on the punchcard. If you pre-ordered before the punchcard became available, it would not be eligible. If you pre-ordered after, you'll want to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the rewards site.

Hi JTREADY. Your pre-order of The Evil Within 2 and Shadow of War went towards last quarter's Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since you completed that offer, Rewards Credits were awarded back in August. Your pre-order of South Park was made on September
4. The current Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard began October 1. For pre-orders to qualify, they need to be made during the offer period.

Since you only have one of three purchases, you have not yet completed the offer. This three purchase requirement is also mentioned on the offer in the MyMissions page:

Since you have not made three eligible purchases, you have not completed the offer.

Hello Mindflayer1983,

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. While there was a special offer in September that allowed pre-orders for MyVIP, your pre-order was instead Rewarded by the Gears of War offer that was running at the time. Since purchases can only be Rewarded once,
you did not receive VIP payback that month as well. Since pre-orders do not qualify for MyVIP, you did not receive progress for your Call of Duty purchase, but you did get a punch on the Games on Demand punchcard.
