Pre-order punchcard

I pre-ordered the following digital games from the store:

Sea Of Thieves

Far Cry 5 Gold Edition

MX vs ATV All Out

Can this be looked into and mission completed so the credit is received. All 3 orders were placed before their release date and were in the list of qualifying titles.

Xbox reward punchcard issues

I have pre order 3 games that have now launched on my punchcard shows only 2 out the 3 but when i chech below games shows i have pre order 3 and not received the 15000 reward credit

My 3rd Pre-order Punchcard Glitched and Didn't Count

Hi, on my xbox live rewards account I was working on completing one of the missions which is pre-odering 3 games before it's release game. I had already pre-ordered 2 which were assassins creed origins and star wars Battlefront 2 and then on my 3rd Pre-order
it glitched. I pre-ordered lego super heroes 3 before it's release date and my mission for my Punchcard on my 3rd pre-order it didn't detect it and it still says I only pre-ordered 2 games when I had pre-ordered 3. And it sucks cause there's no other games
I really want or to pre-order. I truly hope it fixes itself and my Punchcard for my pre-oders get completed.

Support will check into it during the week, but just to be sure, make sure you're checking the 1 2 3 at the top of the page. The pictures will only update if you preordered standard editions so for example the punch for Far Cry would only be shown at the
top of the page where the 1 2 3 are.

Hi MUDGATTOR. For the current Games on Demand Pre-Order offer, we see that you pre-ordered Assassin's Creed Origins. This punchcard began October 1. For the past Games on Demand Pre-Order offer, you pre-ordered Shadow of War and
Agents of Mayhem. This punchcard ran from July 1 to September 30. Since you only had two of the three punches, you did not complete the offer. To complete the current punchcard, you'll need to purchase 2 more qualifying titles.

Keep in mind that the punchcard is the 1 -2 - 3 counter at the top of the page.

We see that you have received a punch for your purchase. The punchcard is the 1 - 2 -3 counter at the top of the mission page. The body of the Games on Demand page is only for record keeping. Since the body of the page only tracks purchases of standard editions,
your recent Ultimate edition purchase has not been marked in the body of the page. Apologies for the confusion.

As Smwutches says, that offer requires 3 eligible pre-orders in order to complete the punchcard and receive Credits.
