Pre order punch card

Hi there. I have pre ordered 3 games for the 15,000 rewards points but it has not unlocked and I have not received my reward. I've been waiting a month now since my pre orders and it still hasn't unlocked. Gamertag is .

Pre order punch card issue

I am missing a punch on the Xbox live rewards pre order punch card I pre ordered call of duty ww2 and it's not showing it on Xbox live rewards and it didn't even punch the card for it

 

games on demand punch card issue

On the games on demand pre order punch card I've been give a punch for South Park the fractured but whole and Call of Duty WWII. The issue is I was not given the third punch for my pre order of WWE2K18.

We see that you received a punch for your Dragonball purchase, and that you made a purchase of Resident Evil 7. However, as stated in our FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released.
If Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen titles, you will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017.

This is due to the release date of that title occurring after this Games on Demand punchcard.

However, we cannot see any third purchase which would have qualified for your last punch. Is there a game in particular your have bought which we have not described? Keep in mind that the game must come off the eligibility list on our FAQ for that offer.

 

The third game is final fantasy XV. So it's because it's specifically Resident evil bio hazard, that I won't get my rewards until next year?

 

Guess I'm not getting a response...

 

It takes longer for support to see posts and respond to them again after they've already responded. But yes, it's because Resident Evil is one of the games you preordered that you won't get the credits until later.

Apologies for the delayed response. We usually lock threads after answering to see new user posts as replying to older threads is not as visible, but there was a concern we were missing one of your Games on Demand purchases. If Final Fantasy XV was your
intended final purchase, that purchase was not eligible for the current Games on Demand. Since you ordered outside of the offer period for this offer, it was not eligible for the offer.

Otherwise, you should receive your punch for Resident Evil around the release date for that game. This is due to that particular title having a much later release date compared to the other current eligible titles for this Games on Demand offer. Apologies
for the confusion.
