    I pre order FIFA 17 & Battlefield 1 from microsoftstore.com and never receive my 15,000 points for each game

    Phone and chat support still have access to your billing account which would show them any transactions on your account. All I'm saying is, if that's who you've spoken to regarding if your purchases were made during the offer period, they would not have
    information about the offer and would not be able to give you correct information regarding that offer.

    Well that's weird as I can, if I pre order something on shopto then go to my pre orders there is a little box you can tick saying "Use any available points towards this purchase?(option unavailable if pre-paying):"

    Yes you can, I use my points on pre-orders all the time.

    Hi,

    Depending of these 3 games compare to the pre-ordered one in your eyes.

    Price is not really a point, if you really like and know you will play the pre-order game more than 3 others… take the pre-order one.

    Because you can cancel pre-orders anytime before the release date.
    That actually is not a valid point since the pre order on demand missions can be cancelled anytime as well. I strongly believe that Pre-Orders should qualify.
