Discus and support Pre-order points missing in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I pre-ordered a hard disc copy of fifa17 so that i can receive 15,000 rewards points. its been almost a month and I have not received my points yet....     I pre-ordered a hard disc copy of fifa17 so that i can receive 15,000 rewards points. its been almost a month and I have not received my points yet. can someone help me

    For the horror theme I'm missing the 2,000 points for buying the avatar items. Also, for the pre-order punch card I never got credit for pre-ordering Final Fantasy XV or Resident Evil 7.

    I did not order through the dashboard. I'm wondering if I will get the achievement anyway at some point? I mean, I pre-ordered my Xbox One BEFORE anyone could even pre-order on the 360 dashboard. I don't get why your most loyal customers will miss out a
    special achievement because they pre-ordered from the "wrong" place.

    Are Game Group Reliable For Pre-Orders?

    Personally I pre-order stuff in-store to be on the safe side, pre-ordering from the internet can be hit and miss (you either get it or you don't).

    I've only pre-ordered one thing from GAME and not had an issue (pre-ordered in-store).
