hi I preorder assassin creed origin on the 5th of october but it hasn't updated my preorder punch card my other 2 preorder have gone on ok. Can someone have a look thank you

Hi ootmian. Looks like your Battlefront 2 purchase didn't get applied to the punchcard. We're making some adjustments on our end and you'll see the Credits by the end of the week. Sorry for the trouble!

On 10 October I pre-ordered wolfenstein 2, battlefront 2 and Assassin's Creed Origins.

Only 2 of the 3 punches have appeared.

Hi starbuck3480. The two punches you received are for Battlefront 2 and Assassin's Creed. Your third pre-order Monster Hunter did not qualify for the Games on Demand punchcard since it is not one of the eligible titles. Grab one more eligible title and you'll

ionly played halo 1 and wasnt very keen on it but for some reason im really looking forward to this dont know if its my yorkshire penny pinching 4 games for the price of 1 but ive had it on pre order since it was annouced

When making a pre order with a card, payment isn't taken at the time only a week (or so) before the games release. With a pre paid card there is no guarantee the money loaded on to the account will still be available when payment is due, so this is likely
a reason they don't allow pre orders with our paid cards.

As other have mentioned, use the pre paid card to buy Xbox pre paid credit to last in to your account to make the pre order.

It shows its still a preorder...they should be able to cancel the preorder for you. You should not have been charged. A hold would have been placed on the card.
