Pre-order payment not going through [SOLVED]

Hello! I pre-ordered Resident Evil 3 a couple of weeks ago, but when the time came to process payment, it didnt go through, i used the same payment option i've used to buy other games, the info is updated, the account has enough funds, and the card is not
even close to expiring, so im not sure what the problem is. Its a debit visa, but i dont think that has anything to do. Anyone that might know how to solve this?

EDIT: I managed to make the payment with my digital visa, the one that initially didnt work when i tried to preorder. thank you guys for the help.

I would definitely try contacting support if you've tried deleting the payment and retrying. Maybe try on a PC?

do you have an alternate payment method like paypal?

I had a paypal account long time ago, stopped using it when Steam stopped accepting it, on Xbox i use 2 different cards, but one of them is a digital visa (?) and it didn't work when i tried to use it for the pre-order.

After checking my payment and billing page i realized there was an error with the transaction, since then i've tried choosing the same method of payment to see if it would work but havent tried deleting and retrying the pre-order.
